    We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH), USDT & USDC. Additional digital currencies are on their way.
  • Do you accept any alternative payment methods?
    No, we only accept crypto currencies.
  • Are my personal details shared with anyone else?
    We do not share your personal details with any third parties unless absolutely required to provide a service to you (such as passport details with the private jet operator) or in order to comply with laws or regulations. Protecting your privacy is one of our core mission statements.
  • What is private jet charter?
    With a charter flight, you are hiring the whole aircraft, which gives you the luxury of flying on you own terms. Your dedicated Charter Manager will work with you to choose the aircraft and airport that best suits your needs and budget. Our team will go above and beyond to create a personalised travel experience that builds flexibility, comfort, and luxury into your travel plans.
  • What is an FBO?
    The term FBO refers to a Fixed Base Operator, a private jet terminal that offers a lounge and a range of services for passengers flying privately. When you book a charter flight at 365, your broker will advise you which FBO your flight will be departing from.
  • Can I fly with my pet?
    Absolutely! The team at 365 Aviation can advise on all rules and regulations for flying privately with your pets to different countries and will ensure that they have a happy, safe, and comfortable flight.
  • How quickly can I depart once I request?
    We can have an aircraft ready with as little as 4 hours’ notice. Whether it is a short trip within Europe, a transatlantic flight, or a complex round-the-world charter, your charter manager will make sure everything is planned to perfection.
  • How do I choose a suitable aircraft option for my flight?
    Our team will provide you with several solutions based on your requirements, including aircraft specifications and images to help you choose a private jet that best suits your needs.
  • What in-flight services are provided?
    At 365, we go all out to make sure your trip is memorable. If you are celebrating an anniversary, require something special for your family, wish to have Michelin Star meals or any other VIP services on board, we will arrange everything exactly as you require. Your aircraft will be fully stocked with beverages and snacks and WIFI will be available on most private jets.
  • Do I need to arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure?
    You can arrive at the FBO just 30 minutes before departure.
  • How will I be updated on the progress of flight?
    You will liaise with one personal Charter Manager throughout. From the moment you book your flight to the time you reach your destination; you can rest assured that you’ll be in safe hands.
  • Do you arrange charters for large group of people?
    Yes, we arrange commercial charters for larger groups.
  • Which countries do you cover?
    With over 5,000 private executive aircraft available to charter worldwide, our expertise means that even the remotest of locations is accessible. Fly anywhere in the world from your closest airport, exactly when you wish to.
  • Are private jets safe?
    Every charter flight we perform must meet our rigorous standards. We got to great lengths to check all certifications, ensuring that each aircraft complies with all stringent aviation regulations and that every Aircraft Operating Certificate is up to date.
  • In which destinations can you offer yacht charters?
    Globally - if you want to get on the water anywhere in the world, we'll find a yacht for you. We have staff who have worked in the yacht charter world for many years and they utilise their global network of contacts to source the most appropriate vessel tailored to each voyage.
  • What is an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)?
    When booking a yacht the fee structure consist of the fixed fee and an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) which is typically 30% of the cost and is paid prior to boarding. It is used for actual expenses like fuel and catering that incurs during the cruise. Any left over money will be returned to the client at the end of the charter. The captain is obliged to keep all receipts and keep the client informed about the current status of the expenditures.
  • Do I have to charter the yacht for a week?
    With superyacht charters there is a minimum limit of 7 days, especially during the high season and in the Mediterranean. However, globally there are many yachts available only for a day or a few day charter.
  • Why are only 12 people allowed on majority of yachts?
    Any yacht that carries more than 12 passengers is considered as a passenger ship and has to comply with the SOLAS convention (Safety of Life at Sea) set out in the IMO (international Maritime Organisation). Complying with the regulations increases the cost of the charter yacht and in many cases it is not economically viable to offer more than 12 passengers for the charter yacht owner.
  • Are kids allowed on board?
    Most yachts are equipped and welcoming to children on board. They are even designed with the safety of children in mind. However, some yachts have a limit of minimal age of children, or require a presence of a caregiver.
  • Can I smoke on board a yacht?
    Majority of yachts do not allow smoking due to the safety reasons. However, some yachts allow smoking in designated outdoor areas. Please contact our yacht manager for exact information for your selected yacht.
  • How does the process work?
